PHU LIZARD Jarosław Suski, is a producer and supplier of reflective gadgets with many years of experience in the industry, which successfully supports both domestic and foreign entities. Our mission is to protect as many potential victims of an accidentas – mainly pedestrians and cyclists – by propagating the idea of using reflective elements.

We can apply reflective graphics to vests. We print full color with tonal transitions on the foil.

We give the possibility of printing graphics under the reflective foil, which allows to keep a full reflection of the surface of the foil.

Technology

Types of prints

Digital UV printing on a reflective foil

This is a touchless method of marking, which involves directly printing the image from the computer's memory to the surface of the product. This enables almost photographic projection of the project. After printing, the ink is hardened with UV light, which makes it resistant to water, humidity and sunrays.

Digital UV printing under a reflective foil

digital printing of graphics made under the surface of the reflective foil, which allows to keep a full reflection of the surface of the foil.

Screen printing

using this method we make prints on textiles (vests, V-vest, textile bag, etc.), on hangers, reflective bands, etc. Screen printing is characterized by good color coverage, high durability during use of products and low price at higher production. Screen printing is a technique for squeezing (manual or automatic) paint by pre-exposed dies (sieves).

Plastisol transfer

Plastisol prints are used where we want to obtain a high-quality print, with a precise reflection of details, with a high saturation of vivid, clean, eye-catching colors. Thanks to fixing at high temperatures, the print has excellent washing resistance and thanks to its flexibility it is resistant to cracks.

Reflective heat transfer

transfer printing, it is a print on the fabric made on paper and transferred to the target surface (t-shirt, cap). The transfer takes place by pressing the transfer on the desired substrate with the help of a press providing adequate pressure and temperature. During ironing, the paint sticks to the substrate, moving away from the paper on which the transfer was printed.
